If you’re short on time, here are some highlights:
Google’s AI is evolving. The algorithm now focuses on search intent and matching it to your website’s optimized keywords. Purchase intent keywords should align with your products in order for an increased conversion rate.
Optimize existing content. If certain content on your website is already getting traffic, but just isn’t converting, rewrite the content to include more purchase intent keywords and less informational keywords.
Natural human behavior can tell us a lot. The brain automatically focuses on faces, the gaze of an eye, and coupons or dashed lines. Words like “you”, “free”, and “new” capture attention. Place these images or words in content copy or subject lines to drive readership and response.
Scarcity leads to exclusivity. People love having what others don’t. If you have excess product or goods that are soon to expire, create a flash shale or countdown clock to drive urgency.
Quizzes personalize the shopping experience. Consumers who complete ecommerce quizzes are often rewarded with personalized recommendations or products specifically tailored to their preferences. Use this data to better understand your customers and improve product placement.
Educate your community with quiz commerce. Building quizzes around industry trivia will drive inspiration while educating consumers. Use this to increase brand awareness with a unique selling strategy.
